Zones group clubs geographically to assist them in working together.
District 24-L is comprised of fourteen zones, divided into 5 regions.
Leo Awareness Month:
April is Leo Awareness Month, a time to celebrate Leos and their meaningful contributions to our mission of service. Here are some ways your club can support current Leos and welcome new ones:

Start a Leo club ─ Discover how sponsoring a Leo club gives young people the opportunity to lead, serve and make a difference with us.

Help Leos transition to Lions ─ When Leos age out of the program, we have resources that can help you encourage and support their Leo-to-Lion transition.

Celebrate Leo creativity and leadership ─ Be inspired by this year’s Leo Video Contest winners and see how Leos around the world are sharing their passion for service.

Definitions:
Region -- a grouping of several zones within a district overseen by a Region Chair annually appointed by the District Governor. In District 24-L, the Region Chairs serve as members of the District Global Extension Team (GET).
Zone -- a grouping of typically four to eight clubs, organized within the district and overseen by a Zone Chair annually appointed by the District Governor. The Zone Chair's primary responsibility is to support the development and advancement of the clubs within their zone, as well as to promote the overall purpose of the association.
