About the Parade:
The Lions and Leo Clubs of MD22 (Maryland, Delaware and Washington DC) and MD24 (Virginia) are once again participating as a Three-Star Sponsor through the parade organizer, the American Veterans Center.
For the past 17 years Lions have walked down Constitution Avenue displaying their club banners, honoring those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our Nation and showing support to all our armed services members.
Lions and LEO clubs are invited to participate in this special Freedom250 edition of the parade which is a remarkable opportunity to highlight the impact of Lions service to the local community, the Nation and worldwide.
We hope you will join us in unprecedented numbers in support of this very worthwhile event.
